(Terms Of Service)

ART AND COMMISSIONS-I have the right to deny any commission, request or trade with no explanation.- I will not continue art past a approved sketch until I am paid in full.- Turn around is about 1-2 weeks, this is Not a guarantee. But you will wait no longer than a month unless otherwise stated.- I will provide WIPs (work in progress) as I work on the art to keep you updated (if you have not received WIPs I have not made any progress on your art so there is no need to ask for updates)- I will not make further edits for free to a piece once it is approved/finalized so make sure everything is right when I send WIPs!
(any further edits after a piece is finished will cost extra)- All my art comes with a small watermark that is NOT to be removed for any reason.- My art is not made for distributions purposes!
(if you would like to commission art for distribution purposes please email me [email protected])- Changes are not to be made to any of my art
(you can dm me on the platform you originally contacted me and we can discuss edits and prices)- My art is not to be used in any AI programs.
No exceptions!- My art is not to be used to advertise others art!
(don't use my art to advertise your art)- Inability to pay in a timely manner after the approved sketch is done will result in commission cancelation.- I WILL NOT DRAW!

-----------------------------------------------CUSTOMS AND DESIGNS- You may change the design and edit it as you please.- DO NOT resell a design for more than you received it for unless worth has been added.- If my design was uploaded to Toyhou.se it stays on there! Do not delete it.
-----------------------------------------------TRADES AND OTHER- Absolutely no forced trade backs! If for some reason you want to trade back please notify me and we can work something out.
(do not send money, characters or any other items without talking to me about it first)
ART TRADES
- Equal trading only (quality and quantity)
- Equal time frame (I will send a sketch and will not continue until you send a sketch and vise versa)
- Equal time period (My turn around is a minimum of two weeks, so from the start date the art has to be done in two weeks unless otherwise stated)
